1. What Cellgrids is

Cellgrids is an Excel learning platform. It offers free practice in a spreadsheet, formula guides, interview preparation, downloadable case study assignments (some free, some paid), and paid 1-on-1 sessions with Rinkesh Shah.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, misuse the site, or abuse the chat.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its data or other users' accounts.
• Do not manipulate scores, rankings, certificates or payments.
• Do not post offensive, abusive, hateful, illegal or spammy content in the community chat or the Community Q&A.
• Do not copy, resell or republish our content, including case study files, solutions and practice questions, without written permission.

4. Community guidelines (Community Q&A)

The Cellgrids Community is open for anyone to read. You need an account to ask, answer, reply, like or follow. By posting you agree to these rules:

• Be kind and respectful. No abuse, hate, harassment, threats, bullying or adult content. Disagree with ideas, not with people.
• No spam or promotion. No advertising, referral or affiliate links, betting or gambling, "earn money" schemes, chain messages or repeated posts.
• Keep private details private. Do not post phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, bank details or other personal information, yours or anyone else's. Posts that contain them may be held or removed.
• Links. You may add one link per post. Short links, adult, gambling, betting, scam and chat-invite links are removed automatically. New members' links are checked before they appear. You are responsible for every link you post and for what is on the page it opens. Links are marked "nofollow" and open in a new tab, and Cellgrids does not endorse or control other websites.
• Post only what you have the right to share. Do not copy other people's work, and do not post paid Cellgrids material such as certification questions or case study solutions.
• Advice is general. Answers from members are personal opinions, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Check important things yourself.

Your posts and our licence. You keep ownership of what you write. By posting you give Cellgrids a free, worldwide licence to display it on the site and to make it visible to the public and to search engines such as Google, with your display name.

Moderation. Posts with links or sensitive words may be held for review. Posts reported by several people may be hidden automatically. We may edit, hide or delete any post, remove links, block a member from posting links, or suspend an account at any time, without notice, if these rules are broken. Reports can be made with the Report button on any post.

5. Our content and your licence

All content on Cellgrids, including text, questions, case studies, solutions, design and logos, belongs to Cellgrids or its content owner. When you download a case study you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not share, sell or upload it elsewhere.

6. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Case studies are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because they cannot be returned, payments are non-refundable, except where the file is faulty or cannot be downloaded, in which case contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
• 1-on-1 sessions: if the time you booked is taken by someone else at the same moment, your payment is refunded automatically. If you need to change or cancel a booked session, contact us and we will help; refunds for other cases are handled one by one.
• Certification exam: the exam fee covers 3 attempts and your certificate when you pass. If you do not pass in 3 attempts, 3 more open free 24 hours after your last attempt. After that, you can buy 3 more attempts for the retake fee shown on the certification page. Unused attempts do not expire. Because exam access is delivered instantly, exam and retake fees are non-refundable once an attempt has started, except for a technical fault on our side.
• Course exams: learners who pass a Cellgrids course test take that course's certification exam at no extra charge. They get 3 attempts, and 3 more every 24 hours after that until they pass.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 7 working days.

7. 1-on-1 sessions

Sessions take place on Google Meet at the time you booked. Please join on time; sessions end at the scheduled end time. The joining link is private to you and must not be shared. Sessions are for learning and career guidance only.

8. Educational use only; no guarantees

Cellgrids provides educational information about Excel and related skills. We try to keep everything accurate, but we do not promise it is free of errors, and results depend on your own effort. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of a job, promotion, salary or exam result. Case studies use fictional companies and made-up data. Any resemblance to real businesses or people is a coincidence.

9. Third-party services and advertising

The site uses third-party services such as Google (Analytics, AdSense, Meet), Razorpay, Supabase and YouTube. Ads shown on the site come from Google AdSense; we do not control which ads appear and do not endorse the advertisers. Ads are never shown inside the paid exam, and you can manage your ad and cookie choices through the "Privacy settings" link in the footer. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Availability

We try to keep the site running at all times, but we may change, pause or remove features, or have downtime for maintenance, without notice.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cellgrids and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
