Show answer

Answer in E2: 72

How it works

Explanation: Rounding every line first can give a different total than rounding the grand total. SUMPRODUCT lets ROUND work on every row at once.
Syntax: =SUMPRODUCT(ROUND(B2:B4*C2:C4,0))
Line totals: 3x4.4 = 13.2 gives 13, 5x2.2 = 11 gives 11, 7x6.9 = 48.3 gives 48. Total = 13 + 11 + 48 = 72. Rounding the unrounded total of 72.5 would give 73.
